Availability and price

The free local checker and assisted-review fit requests are available. Pay only after written acceptance of the exact scope, terms and delivery time. The service fee is $29 USD for one supported file, up to 500 items / 2 MiB, plus any applicable tax calculated by Stripe and shown as part of the total before payment. Use the separate feed checkout and enter your accepted CSR order reference; do not use the Shopify checkout for feed work. The first three successful paid deliveries across CSV Rescue stay $29; later pricing requires review and a new quote. One accepted undelivered job at a time across services. No subscription, pack or automatic charge.

Exact scope

English-language US/USD feed, new branded ordinary physical goods, one item per row, UTF-8 CSV or tab-delimited TSV/TXT with the supported Google attribute headers on the scope page. No arbitrary supplier/Shopify mapping, apparel, variants, bundles, custom/unbranded/used goods, special categories, preorders/backorders, sale prices, XML/API, account appeals, product copy generation or website/account changes. Unknown attributes and unresolved source errors block a corrected export. We never invent missing data, identifiers, prices or stock status.

Acceptance and delivery

Start with an error and row count. We may request an authorized redacted 5–10 row sample. Before payment, agree the exact full file/hash, scope, authentic source corrections, service fee plus the disclosed Stripe-calculated tax treatment, these terms and a delivery deadline with timezone. Review the actual checkout total before paying. A sample is not approval of another file. A paid booking requires our explicit acceptance, a verified service-specific payment and payer/order-reference matching. Unsolicited or mismatched payments do not create an accepted job and need manual reconciliation or refund. No automatic payment request is made by this page.

The agreed deliverables are a file-specific review report, separate formatting-corrected TSV when agreed blockers are resolved, change/exception list, verified source/output row/identifier/price comparisons and an owner test checklist. Unresolvable or unsupported work is declined before acceptance. A later changed source or scope needs renewed agreement. If we cannot meet the agreed deadline, accept a new deadline or cancel for a full refund.

Revision, cancellation and refunds

One consolidated revision for the same agreed file is included when requested within seven calendar days of delivery; its delivery time is agreed. Our introduced errors do not consume it. Cancel before initial delivery for a full refund. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, receive a full refund. Report an agreed-scope failure within seven days and choose correction or a full refund of the service payment including tax collected on it. These options do not remove legal rights. Approved refunds are submitted manually by the owner to the original payment method within five business days; provider processing times vary. A different product, scope or approval outcome is not an included revision.

Verification limits

Local checks cover only the documented subset. We have not performed a live Merchant Center upload test. No Merchant Center approval, reinstatement, ranking, traffic or revenue is guaranteed. URL checks are syntax-only: no image/page fetching, crawlability, image-quality, live price/availability, GS1 assignment/prefix/ownership, policy, AI-disclosure, category, shipping, tax or returns verification. The owner must confirm product facts, remaining requirements and live diagnostics, review the output and run an owner-controlled small test. We do not log in to or upload into your account. Synthetic examples are not customer results.

File handling and privacy

The free checker processes data in browser memory, with no catalog upload API, URL fetching, analytics or persistent catalog storage. Ordinary hosting logs can exist. Clearing/leaving the page removes its in-memory file; downloads remain on your device. Emailing a sample shares it with the operator/email provider and the private, potentially AI-assisted review workflow. Send only product data you are entitled to share; no store/account passwords, customer records or payment data. Real catalogs and reports never enter public source or marketing.

Unaccepted samples are scheduled for manual removal from active workspace/email within seven days of closing or declining the inquiry. Job files/reports containing values are scheduled for manual removal within 30 days after final delivery or cancellation, except open support/dispute retention. Contact us for earlier removal; revisions may then require resending files. Deletion is manual, not a secure-erasure guarantee, and provider trash/backups may have separate retention. Minimal financial/scope evidence is retained for accounting/disputes. Retaining header/rule preferences or publishing a customer case needs separate consent.

Separate service terms

These terms cover the feed pilot only. Existing Shopify CSV v1.1 terms remain unchanged. The exact accepted terms snapshot governs each job; later website edits do not silently replace it. Archived feed terms v1 remain available.
